Softcover books ship within 3 business days.
Hardcover books ship within 12 business days.

Why do I need to create an account?
It is FREE to create an account . An account is needed so you can track your order status and so our system can keep the files you upload in order for production. Your account will also allow you to access to pricing and our exclusive plugins.

Why was my account not approved right away?
All accounts are reviewed and approved normally within 24 - 48 hours. The reason for this? We look at each application to ensure our site is used by the professionals it was created for.

Your process involves the photographer processing the proof book pages and cover, then uploading them to you. Why don't you process the book pages for us?
Our process involves building page and cover files (which can be done with our free software) before they are uploaded. We chose this method to allow for more flexibility on the part of the photographer, decrease upload time, and decrease total book processing time, resulting in a quicker turn time for proof books.

I'm running an older version of Photoshop. Can I still submit books if I am unable to use your software?
Yes. Esque also accepts files from your favorite contact sheet program (such as Contact Sheet II, Contact Sheet X, Adobe Lightroom). They must be in .jpg format, RGB color space, 300 dpi, and named in the format "Page_0001.jpg, Page_0002.jpg" and so on.

All pages are the same size as the name of the book, so an 8.5x11 inch book will have 8.5x11 inch pages (at 300 dpi).

Covers must be named "cover.jpg," and may be built from our set of templates, available for download in the Esque Community.

Do you tweak the files we send you?
No, we don't make color corrections or tweaks to your files unless requested. With today's artistic styles having a wide range of looks, we want to avoid changing the artist’s original vision for their work.
